The Scoop is saddened to learn about the passing of World Champion Cut A Rug. He was a wonderful ambassador of the Tennessee Walking Horse. At age 22, he was laid to rest at Bottoms Stables on June 5th. Under the Formac Stables banner, Jimmy McConnell started Cut A Rug for Bob and Mary Medina.

Woodbury Announces Judge

Russ Thompson has been selected to judge this year’s Woodbury Lions Club Horse Show. This horse show traditionally concludes the busy Fourth of July weekend of shows.  It will take place on Saturday, July 6th at the Woodbury Fairgrounds in Woodbury, Tennessee. Show time is 5:00 PM.
