Charles “Charlie” Howard, a resident of Rutherford County, Tennessee passed away November 5, 2019 at Vanderbilt Hospital. He was 68 years old. He was born in Lackey, Kentucky to parents Burton and Georgia Turner Howard. He taught school at Hindman High School in Hindman, Kentucky, as well as, Lebanon and Blackman High Schools in Tennessee.
