The Giving Back Program from Equine Extravaganza

The Giving Back Program is for all non-profit horse-related organizations. This program helps
these groups earn money by helping to spread the word about Equine Extravaganza.
Turn this form in when you purchase your Equine Extravaganza ticket(s) and this organization will earn money!
For every flyer received with a paid ticket, Equine Extravaganza will donate $2.00 for adult tickets
and $1 for children’s tickets to this organization. A minimum of 20 flyers must be turned in
over the course of the weekend for the group to be eligible.
What you need to do:
1. Pass forms out to family and friends.
2. Complete the below form.
3. Bring this with you to Equine Extravaganza, turn it in when you purchase a ticket each day.
You may use one flyer each day you purchase a ticket.
**For all 3-Day passes only one flyer is eligible and must be turned in on the first day.**
