The WHOYA recently sold tickets for a Dale Chavez Saddle. fundraiser was won by BJ Richards. The drawing occurred during the annual WHOA Awards Banquet. BJ Richards was the lucky winner.

Karen Jo Wright Pendleton, of Mt. Sterling, died Monday, February 12, 2018 at her residence. She was 66 years old. She was born March 15, 1951 in Lexington to the late Wheeler and Retta Stephens Wright. Karen was a long time resident of Mt. Sterling, and she moved there upon her marriage forty-six years ago.
