Lilian Lynnette Cotten Birth Announcement

Chad Cotten and Courtnie Carter are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Lilian Lynnette Cotton. Lilian was born 07\15\16 she weighed 4lbs and 8 ounces. She was 17 & 1/2 inches long. Both mother and baby are home and doing well. The Scoop congratulates them on their new baby girl.
