Celebration Has New Horse Mural

Shelbyville Artist Crystal Prince O’Neal (pictured) recently presented the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration with a beautiful Walking Horse mural. It has been received outstandingly by attendees for photo opportunities at the 81st annual event. The mural is located under the west grandstand. Everyone is encouraged to go by and check out this awesome piece of art.
