The members of the Racking Horse Breeders Association recently voted for their choice of judges for the 48th Annual Racking Horse Breeders’ Association of America World Celebration. The votes have been counted and those selected are Mary Alice Bohannon, Roger Byrd, Kelly France, Ricky Shaleford and Jason Todd. Lance Meisenheimer will serve as 1st Alternate.
