Pamela Jo Tanner Hatton, age 66, Union, Kentucky passed away January 28, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, Kentucky. The Marshall County Horseman’s Association Inc. will be awarding scholarships totaling $2,000 to eligible students. Applications may be requested by emailing Freda Dean at fredardean@gmail.com. The scholarships are open to students in Marshall County, Tennessee who are involved in the equine industry. The deadline for applications is April 15th.



Momb Injured
