The Marshall County Horseman’s Association Inc. will be awarding scholarships totaling $2,000 to eligible students. Applications may be requested by emailing Freda Dean at fredardean@gmail.com. The scholarships are open to students in Marshall County, Tennessee who are involved in the equine industry. The deadline for applications is April 15th.
