Walking horse owner, breeder and avid supporter Paul Hughes, passed away January 20th, 2018 following a long battle with COPD. He was 92. A life-long resident of California, Hughes was born June 13, 1925. He opened his first barn, Carousel Farms, around 1950. In 1973, Hughes opened Flo’s Airport Café at the Ontario Airport. He
