The Marshall County Horsemans Association has selected Chris Zahnd to mark the cards at their 45th annual event. The show will be held at the Marshall County Exposition Center in Lewisburg on July 24th. The SHOW Board of Directors has requested the following recommendation from the Rules Committee be put out for a sixty (60) day comment period. It would be a change in the “Changing Divisions” Rule.
