Walking horse trainer gets probation, $75,000 fine

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) — A Tennessee walking horse trainer who was caught abusing horses in an undercover video was sentenced Tuesday to three years’ probation and fined $75,000. TWSHO Announces Seventh Round and Final Round of Expedited Swabbing Results from the 74th Annual Celebration
