William Wirt Harlin, III of Franklin, TN passed away on September 8, 2012. Harlin attended Battle Ground Academy and received his BS degree from Samford University. He was a long-time member of the National Guard and worked in the financial industry.

Harlin was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Nunally Harlin. He is survived by his wife, Tracey T. Harlin; sons, Bill (Kelly) Harlin, IV and Tom (Laura) Harlin; father, Bill Harlin; brother, Clay (Faye) Harlin; sister, Camille Harlin; grandchildren, Tucker, Luke, and Emily Harlin. Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home with Russ Corley officiating. Interment was at Williamson Memorial Gardens in Franklin, TN.
