The WHOA High Points Banquet is also scheduled on February 9, 2013 at the MTSU James Union Building in Murfreesboro, TN. WHOA High Point Award recipients will be notified by mail in January.
 
In 2013, WHOA will also sponsor a Judges Clinic on February 8.
