The Tennessee Walking Horse Youth Association (TWHYA) recently paid for the restoration of a portrait of Haynes Peacock and Col. R.L. Haynes, the 1940 and 1941 World Grand Champions. The portrait is part of the collection of the Tennessee Walking Horse National Museum and is currently on loan to TWHBEA.
