The Smoky Mountain Walking Horse Association has announced a $500 Scholarship. The scholarship will be awarded to an applicant meeting the following requirements:
*high school junior, senior or college student under the age of 24
*member of the Smoky Mountain or East Tennessee Walking Horse Associations for 1 year before the April 1st deadline
*demonstrate an interest in equine activities
