Funeral services for Ronnie Thomas Stephens age 55 of Shelbyville will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 25, 2012 in the chapel of Doak-Howell Funeral Home with Pastor Jimmy Gray & Pastor Tom Henry officiating. Burial will follow in Rosehill Memorial Gardens in Tullahoma, Tenn.. Mr. Stephens passed away early Wednesday morning, May 23, 2012, at his residence after an extended illness.
Visitation will be held from 5 until 9:00 pm Thursday evening at the funeral home.

A native of Bedford County, he is the son Julius & June Nichols Stephens of Shelbyville. Mr. Stephens worked in the Walking Horse Industry as a trainer and farm manager. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors in addition to his parents, his life long companion Debbie Cheshire of Shelbyville, sister Vicki (Clyde) Lamb of Shelbyville, brother-in-law Rick (Janet) Cheshire of Acworth, Georgia nephews Chad (Moranda) Odeneal of Shelbyville & Tyler Cheshire & niece Kristi (Jeremy) Rose all of Acworth, GA, great nieces & nephews, Savannah & Dillain Odeneal of Shelbyville, Katie, Zain & Cody Dunn all of Shelbyville and Carter & Ella Rose of Acworth, GA.
