William Louis “Louie” Staton, age 70, of Shelbyville, Tennessee passed suddenly from this life Sunday, January 8, 2023, in Shelbyville. Mr. Staton was cremated and no services were planned.
Mr. Staton was born in Albany, Kentucky on October 3, 1952, to the late Billy Ray Staton and Sybil Aldridge Stephenson. Before his retirement Louie was a farrier shoeing horses for many years.
Survivors include: his wife of 39 years, Becky Staton; stepsons, Rex Pena of Ventura, California, Devin (Chelsea) Pena of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Maliah Pena of Venture, California, and Kora Pena of Nashville, TN; siblings, Jerry (Cheryl) Staton of Rutledge, TN, Sericea Parker of Mt. Juliet, TN, Billie (Tom) Humphrey of Texas, and Sybil Jane Staton of Daytona Beach, Florida.
