The Scoop would like to congratulate Heather Beard, owner of L & M Awards, for her recent purchase of Royal Ribbons and Awards, owned by Keith Johnson of Shelbyville, Tennessee. Because of Keith’s love and involvement in the Tennessee Walking Horse industry, he plans to continue helping, while offering his creative business ideas. L & M Awards is located at 619 Madison Street in Shelbyville.
