Horsewoman sues the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration

Natalie Jackson-Pritchard, a Black horsewoman has sued the Tennessee Walking Horse Celebration. She has sued because she was charged a $5,000 entry fee to enter the Walking Horse Stake class, while others didn’t have to pay.
The federal Magistrate judge dismissed the case on September 10, 2013 as having no merit.
