(December 19, 2012 Shelbyville, Tennessee) – The Foundation for the Advancement and Support of the Tennessee Walking Show Horse (FAST) is honored to announce the creation of the Dr. Harvey F. Carlon Memorial Scholarship.  The new scholarship will begin in 2013.

This post graduate scholarship will be offered exclusively to students pursuing a veterinarian degree.  The scholarship will be made available with the same criteria as other FAST Scholarships.

Donations will be accepted in Dr. Harvey Carlon’s memory to fund this scholarship.  All donation should be sent to FAST, Inc.P. O. Box 259,Shelbyville,TN37160.
