Beverly Lamp and Justus “Bub” Carter, both of Bell Buckle, were joined in matrimony on the evening of December 31, 2017, at Justus Carter Training Facility in Bell Buckle. The bride is the daughter of Rita Caldwell and Johnny Farris. The groom is the son of Keevin Carter and Tracey Epps. Officiating the New Year’s Eve ceremony was Kevin Dingess.
