On December 31st a cute pug named Freak gaited into the living room with an equitation rider called monkey carrying a beautiful ring. Justus Carter of Justus Carter Training Center from Shelbyville, TN proposed to Beverly Lamp employed at Stonecrest Medical Center, Smyrna TN. A 2018 wedding is being planned. The Scoop congratulates the duo on their engagement.
