Lewisburg, TN – The premier showcase for our breed’s bright young stars, the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeder’s And Exhibitor’s Association (TWHBEA) National Futurity proved yet again to be an exciting and inspiring event. Contenders from around the country vied for top honors in a full schedule that included Futurity, open and jackpot classes. Popular new additions this year included Get of Sire, Mare and her Foal, Two & Three Year Old In Hand, Weanling and Yearling Novice Handler, and Weanling and Yearling Championship classes. With the richest purse of any one-night show in the industry, the National Futurity definitely proved a worthwhile endeavor for those that made the trip to the Miller Coliseum in Murfreesboro, Tennessee on the evening of July 28th. The excitement generated by the quality competition along with the crowd’s enthusiasm for the contenders made the evening one to remember.
