Jon and Caroline Elliott Allen are proud to announce the arrival of their firstborn Rhett Elliott Allen. Rhett entered the world on May 27th weighing 6lbs. 10.5oz and measured 19 inches long. The Allen’s reside in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. The Scoop congratulates Jon and Caroline on the birth of their bouncing baby boy.
