The portrait of the current World Grand Champion Tennessee Walking Horse has been placed at the Tennessee Welcome Center on I-40 at Hartford, TN.  The portrait of Watch It Now (WIN) hangs in a prominent position at the center and is one of the first things travelers see as they enter the building.  TWHBEA member Chris Proffitt was persistent in coordinating the effort to garner this valuable publicity for our breed.  TWHBEA was happy to provide the framed World Grand Champion portrait and to arrange its transportation to East Tennessee.
