North Carolina trainer Chad
Baucom was injured in a
horse accident on Wednesday,
January 27, 2010.
Chad will undergo
surgery at on Monday,
February 1, 2010 to repair a
broken eye wall and
fractured orbit of his left
eye.

CHAD BAUCOM UPDATE
(Feb. 4, 2010)
Chad is back at
the barn after a serious
injury received when a horse
kicked him in the face.
His eye wall is
healing but he still has
numbness on the left side of
his face due to nerve
damage.
The doctors are
hopeful that he will regain
feeling and that the double
vision he is experiencing
will get better with time.
