  S.H.O.W. HIO JUDGES' CLINIC DIRECTIONS

The S.H.O.W. Judges’ Clinic on Friday, February 12th and Saturday, February 13th is being held at Powers Auditorium at Motlow College.

Directions to Powers Auditorium, Motlow College Main Campus, 6015 Ledford Mill Road, Lynchburg, TN.  931-393-1760.

 

From Nashville/Murfreesboro/Shelbyville

·       Take Interstate 24 East towards Chattanooga, travel approx. 30 miles.

·       In Murfreesboro, take Exit 81A onto US Hwy 231 South towards Shelbyville, travel approx. 23 miles.

·       In Shelbyville, turn left (landmark: KFC restaurant) onto US Hwy 41A towards Tullahoma, travel approx. 8 miles.

·       Turn right onto State Route 276 (Thompson Creek Rd), travel approx. 3 miles.

·       At the next intersection stop sign, bear to the left (merge) onto Hwy 130, travel approx. 3 miles.

·       Approaching the top of a hill, you will see the Ledford Mill Road intersection and signs to Motlow College.

·       At the stop sign, proceed through the intersection onto the main campus drive.

·       Follow the drive until about mid-campus, turn right into the large student parking lot and find a space to park. (You will be close to the baseball field.)

·       Cross the street, walk down a long sidewalk where you will see Eoff Hall and Powers Auditorium on your right.

 

From Chattanooga/Manchester/Tullahoma

·       Take Interstate 24 West towards Nashville, travel approx. 70 miles.

·       [Pass by one Tullahoma exit at Exit 117 to Arnold Eng Dev Center.]

·       Take Exit 111, Hwy 55 West towards Tullahoma, travel approx. 12 1/2 miles.

·       In Tullahoma, turn right onto US Hwy 41A North, (crossing over the railroad viaduct).

·       Travel on US Hwy 41A North (Jackson Street) approx. 1 mile - to the 4th traffic light.

·       Turn left onto Hwy 55 West (Wilson Ave) towards Lynchburg, travel approx. 5 miles.

·       Turn right at the Motlow College sign onto the main campus drive.

·       Follow the drive until about mid-campus, turn left into the large student parking lot and find a space to park. (You will be close to the baseball field.)

·       Cross the street, walk down a long sidewalk where you will see Eoff Hall and Powers Auditorium on your right.

 

From Huntsville, AL

·       Take US Hwy 231 North to Fayetteville, travel approx. 30 miles.

·       In Fayetteville, turn right to follow US Hwy 231 North By-Pass, travel approx. 1.5 miles.

·       Turn right onto US Hwy 64 East, travel approx. 1.4 miles.

·       Turn left onto TN-50/55 towards Lynchburg, travel approx. 16 miles.

·       Go through Lynchburg, passing Jack Daniel’s Distillery; you are now on Hwy 55 East traveling towards Tullahoma, drive approx. 6 miles.

·       Turn left at the Motlow College sign onto the main campus drive.

·       Follow the drive until about mid-campus, turn left into the large student parking lot and find a space to park. (You will be close to the baseball field.)

·       Cross the street, walk down a long sidewalk where you will see Eoff Hall and Powers Auditorium on your right.

 

From Franklin/Shelbyville:

·       Take either Hwy 96 East toward Murfreesboro (about 10 miles from I-65); or take I-65 South to

Interstate 840 East (about 7 miles), then travel I-840 East for about 10 miles.

·       Take the Triune exit - Hwys 31A/41A (also named Nolensville Road coming from Nashville).

·       Travel US Hwys 31A/41A South about 3 miles.

·       At a little community named Kirkland, both Hwys split; 41A turns left towards Shelbyville, 31A bears right towards Lewisburg.

·       Travel about 25 miles to Shelbyville, but remain on US 41A through Shelbyville.

·       Staying on US Hwy 41A towards Tullahoma, travel approx. 8 miles.

·       Turn right onto State Route 276 (Thompson Creek Rd), travel approx. 3 miles.

·       At the intersection stop sign, bear to the left (merge) onto State Hwy 130, travel approx. 3 miles.

Return to Nashville – through Shelbyville:

·       Leaving the campus parking lot, drive to the  5-way intersection at the end of the campus.   Choose the road that goes to your left down the hill (not the road to your immediate left).  You want to take State Hwy 130 towards Shelbyville.

·       Travel approx. 3 miles and you will bear right onto State Route 276; travel approx. another 3 miles to the end of this road.  You are now at US Hwy 41A.

·       Turn left onto US Hwy 41A towards Shelbyville, travel approx. 8 miles.

·       In Shelbyville, turn right (at Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant) onto US Hwy 231 North towards Murfreesboro, travel approx. 23 miles.

·       In Murfreesboro, stay on Hwy 231 until you cross over Interstate 24, getting in the left lane to enter the on-ramp of I-24.

·       Take Interstate 24 West towards Nashville, travel approx. 30 miles.

 

From Nashville – through Manchester and Tullahoma during winter weather conditions

·       Take Interstate 24 East towards Chattanooga, travel approx. 65 miles (from Harding Place exit).

·       Take Exit 111, which is Hwy 55; turning left (West) towards Tullahoma, travel approx. 13 miles.

·       In Tullahoma, turn right onto US Hwy 41A North (just as you cross over the railroad viaduct); this is known as South/North Jackson Street.

·       After turning right onto US Hwy 41A North, travel approx. 1 mile - to the 4th traffic light.

·       Turn left onto State Hwy 55 West (Wilson Ave) towards Lynchburg, travel approx. 5 miles.

·       Turn right at the Motlow College sign onto the main campus drive.

·       Follow the drive until about mid-campus, turn left into the large student parking lot and find a space to park. (You will be close to the baseball field.)
